Wilmette hosted its second annual Summerfest on July 13 and 14, with expanded offerings for guests young and old.
Despite heat and afternoon storms both days, attendees enjoyed two days of live music and performances, a sidewalk sale, a car show, a children's area, a beer tent, and plenty of food.
Wilmette Chamber of Commerce hosted the event with the assistance of Wilmette Park District and the village.
