We had a terrible experience with Elite Cleaners. We are new to the neighborhood and had begun to use Elite Cleaners for a few months. After today's visit, we will never be back. My first time worn Brooks Brother's dress shirt was ruined. The entire back of the shirt was colored in a pink substance that seemed to have a floral pattern pressed into it. It is clearly not a stain that could occur through wear, but rather a stain that could only be caused by chemicals and/or by being pressed up against another piece of apparel. In other words, something that very clearly occured at the cleaners. Upon bringing the stain to the owner's attention, we were told that there was nothing he could do. We were told that we were first time customers and that he didn't trust us. Not only had we used Elite Cleaners several times before, but accusing a returning customer of lying isn't very good customer service. We will not be back. In this economy, there is no shortage of cleaning services vying for business. We'll take our business to a company who appreciates its customers.
