New Sushi Spot Planned for Central Street in Evanston
Coast Sushi Bar in Bucktown is planning to open a second location.
A Bucktown sushi restaurant is planning to open a second location off Central Street in Evanston, at the former site of Hota Restaurant. Coast Sushi Bar is taking over the space at 2545 Prairie Ave., according to Paul Zalmezak, economic development coordinator for the city of Evanston. Currently located at 2045 N. Damen Ave. in Chicago, Coast Sushi Bar’s menu includes a variety of nigiri, sashimi and maki dishes, as well as Asian soups, salads and seafood appetizers. The restaurant is also BYOB.
