<strong>&#34;Don&#39;t take your health for granted.&#34;</strong>

That is the best advice I have ever received and will always be quick to share. The state of health in our society is alarming. I can&#39;t help everyone, but I can start to make a difference right here in my own community.

We all deserve to be healthy and it all starts with making right choices. To make right choices you need to have the right information. It is my hope to be able to share what I have found and learned in my quest to become as healthy and happy as I can be. 

By no means do I have all the answers but I would like to think that I have enough to add value to someones life. Awareness is the greatest agent for change.

Lead by example. Redefine your normal. Be a difference maker.
